Stults pitched in 6 games (0 starts) for the Rockies this year and he was 0-0 with a 6.00 ERA and a 1.25 WHIP. He has now pitched in 41 games (24 starts) in his first five years in the majors and he is 8-10 with a 4.93 ERA and a 1.49 WHIP. I think Stults will clear waivers and accept a minor league assignment from the Rockies.

UPDATE: (7/29/2011) - Stults has accepted an outright assignment to AAA.
