He pitched in 52 games (0 starts) in AAA-ball last year for the A’s and Dodgers in which he was 6-4 with 4 saves, a 2.79 ERA and a 1.23 WHIP. He last pitched in the majors in 2010 with the White Sox. He has pitched in 21 games (0 starts) in his first three years in the majors and he is 0-1 with a 3.28 ERA and a 1.62 WHIP. Threets will have a good shot to win a spot in the Rockies’ bullpen next spring.
