25-year old righty swinging 3B Nolan Arenado of the Colorado Rockies won his second consecutive Silver Slugger Award and his fourth consecutive Gold Glove Award in 2016! Arenado played in 160 games for the Rockies last year and he was 182 of 618 (.294 avg, .932 OPS) with 116 runs scored, a N.L. leading 41 homers, a Major League leading 133 RBI and 2 stolen bases. Arenado has now played in 561 games in his first four years with the Rockies and he is 613 of 2,152 (.285 avg, .851 OPS) with 320 runs scored, 111 homers, 376 RBI and 8 stolen bases. Arenado played in 160 games at 3B for the Rockies last year and he made 13 errors, was a part of 39 double plays and he had a .973 fielding percentage last year. Arenado has now played in 558 games at 3B in his first four years for the Rockies and he has 56 errors, 139 double plays and a .968 fielding percentage. Arenado has a great arm and outstanding range, as he gets to a lot of balls that would wind up in left field against most 3B in baseball!
